 Applying to Word-Wide ESL Institute is easy:

To enroll in Word-Wide ESL Institute's ESL Program:

  • Minimum 18 years of age
  • ESL Application and Refund Policy  
  • Non-Refundable Application Fee $100 US
  • We normally require registration for a one program level; however the minimum course registration requirements in your country of origin may be greater, or may require enrollment for the entire six-level course.
  • Shorter course programs available by special request.

Print the ESL Application Form, sign both pages and send it to us with your Application Fee, then get ready to study English at Word-Wide ESL Institute in San Diego, California.

*Please note, WordWide requires that students have taken both TOEFL Levels 1 and 2 at WordWide or have an official TOEFL score in order to enter TOEFL Level 3.

Brief Course Descriptions

ESL – Nine students or less in each class allows WordWide students to learn English from a well-trained native-fluent English Instructor.  Good international balance of students.  Learn English from beginner to advanced twice as fast as in classes that have 10 students or more.

TOEFL – A different kind of TOEFL.  Improve your English or your TOEFL score for business success and/or college admission.  Classes cover conversation, understanding spoken English, reading, writing, and expressing individual ideas.

ESL and TOEFL students may take up to 5 weeks’ leave of absence after 20 weeks of continued enrollment.
